Bich Thao Coffee is a specialty Arabica brand from Son La Province, famous for its fruity and herbal aroma, bright acidity blended with mild bitterness followed with a lingering sweet aftertaste. This is the first coffee product from Son La to be awarded Vietnam’s prestigious 5-star OCOP (One Commune One Product) certification. In addition to exceptional ground coffee, the cooperative also produces coffee cherry peel syrup tea that is vitamin-rich with natural sweetness, low caffeine, and health benefits such as liver cooling and cholesterol reduction
This cooperative was established with the mission of enhancing the value of Son La’s coffee and providing stable incomes for local farmers. Through organic, water-free processing methods, the cooperative produces environmentally friendly coffee that meets the strict export standards of markets such as Germany, the United States, and Japan.
