Founded in 2014 in Pham Tran Commune, Gia Loc District, Hai Duong Province, Tan Minh Duc Agricultural Cooperative is a leading model in high-tech agricultural production under VietGAP standards. With 168 members and a total cultivation area of 187 hectares, the cooperative focuses on producing safe, high-quality vegetables while protecting the environment. The cooperative specializes in crops such as cabbage, kohlrabi, and netted melons, applying clean farming techniques that meet strict food safety requirements. It has invested in 40,000 m² of greenhouses, advanced irrigation systems, cold storage facilities, and modern post-harvest equipment to support production and ensure a consistent supply chain. Through strong market linkages, Tan Minh Duc signs contracts with major partners including BigC Vietnam, Oshitsu Vietnam, and Harumidori Vietnam, securing stable markets and improving economic value for its members. The cooperative’s products have achieved OCOP 3- and 4-star ratings, and its cabbage and netted melon are particularly well-recognized. Tan Minh Duc provides stable employment for around 30 members, with an average monthly income of 7.5 million VND. Beyond production, it actively contributes to environmental protection by implementing systems to collect pesticide packaging and promoting sustainable farming awareness within the community.
