Deep Processing – A Key to Market Expansion
Understanding the challenges of selling fresh fruit in unstable markets, the cooperative has invested in deep-processing facilities, transforming seasonal fruits like banana, mango, papaya, plum, jackfruit, and persimmon into high-quality dried products. The fruits are naturally ripened, peeled, deseeded, sliced, and then dried using modern techniques.
With two electric dryers and one cold dryer (each processing up to 1.5 tons/day), the cooperative ensures its products are dried at optimal temperature and duration to preserve their natural sweetness and soft texture – without using added sugar or preservatives. This not only enhances value but also promotes local employment by utilizing idle labor in the community.
Quality Assurance & Branding
All raw materials are carefully selected from members' 8 hectares of fruit orchards and other local farms, with a growing number of producers being guided toward VietGAP-certified practices. Finished products undergo food safety testing, and are packaged with barcodes, labels, and brand logos to ensure traceability and consumer trust.
