Farming method: Microbiological chicken, raised in a natural and well-ventilated environment with balanced density. Feed consists of grains, vegetables, and probiotics. No growth stimulants or antibiotics are used throughout te farming process.

Processing method: The chicken is cleaned, marinated with finely chopped herbs and spices, stuffed inside, and slow-baked/fermented in an earthen pot at controlled temperature, allowing the flavors to penetrate deeply into the meat.
